vid-Krama-Bramacharya

Every Balasant between the age of 7-21 follows the vows of Boutika Brahmacharya.
Gender is not just related to the body and physical maturity, it is related to physiology, psychology, and the whole being. That is why until 21, a person is asked to be Brahmachari, within himself or herself. Discovering, and Exploring.
~ SPH Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam.

Yoga

Yoga is an essential component of the daily morning routine. The series of asanas are personally pulled together by ancient scriptures such as the Yogapada in the Agama by SPH Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam. The purpose of practicing yoga is to align the body to the Bhava Samadhi that the body will feel during the daily morning Pada Puja.

Puja

"Pooja is the time when one can connect directly with Paramashiva.
SPH Bhagan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam says that doing Pooja is like having a call with a country's president. When you are showered so much by the Guru with his knowledge, experience, love, and blessings, when you are showered by him, with overflowing gratitude, you don’t know what to do! So you offer whatever you have at his feet. That is the way the tradition of Pooja started."

Satsang

Even sitting with me and listening, all of you will be in entanglement – Shaktinipada with me. You will manifest powers. You will start manifesting Parmashiva's powers. If you want to manifest more and more powers, come for every satsang. That’s it.

The Temple Science

Our ancestors knew the importance of temples. A temple is the place where the culture is alive, where you can relate with others.

~SPH Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam

Abhishekam

Every morning, the Balasanths perform Abhishekam to different deity and the Svayambhu Linga that was worshipped by Lord Rama Himself. Svayambhu Linga is the primordial deity in the Nithyanandeshwara Paramashiva Devalayam. It is one of the rare happenings on the planet earth, as the Svayambhu Linga happened by itself.

Homa

Homa is a ritual where we connect with a god or goddess by invoking them in the fire and offering our devotion to the deity. SPH Bhagavan sri Nithyananda Paramashivam says that fire is the connection point between the physical plane and the cosmic plane.

Alankar

Balasanths do alankaram to the deities to be in continuous engagement and participations with life, by doing everything with the deities. From feeding to dressing them up, Balasanths are trained to connect with the deity from within.

Goshala

Cows are the closest to a mother. When we relate with them, they show the same love as our mother would. In Hinduism, cows are worshiped as the embodiment of all the gods and goddesses. SPH Bhagavan sri Nithyananda Paramashivam says that when we touch a cow to grow plants at home, they can see all the nutrients and minerals that our body needs. When we drink that milk or eat those homegrown vegetables, our bodies will always be healthy.

Celebrations

Hinduism really is the religion of celebration, festival, constantly creating a space for festival and celebration.
~SPH Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam

Nitya Kirthans

Kirtan is the time when your Prana gets allied with the space of Kailasa. When you dance in ecstasy and bliss, you go to a different state of consciousness.

- SPH Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam

Manifesting Powers

SPH Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam has initiated the Balasanths into 463+ Shaktis such as Blindfold Eye Reading, Remote View, Body Scanning, the ability to move Matter, Materialisation, Teleportation, Clairvoyance. these are just the tip of the iceberg!

Food according to pakka shastra

"Organic, sattvic food is one of the most valuable promises a school can make to a family. It is the foundation of a healthy life. Unfortunately almost non-existent in the world today. Inside India, there have been cases of finding brick dust in the chili powder, and outside India, domestic animals are torched for milk and other products. Lots of hormones are used to increase milk production, the food has so much of chemicals, and all that is being sold outside. The produce used in the Gurukuls is made sure that it is from organic resources and the milk from the Goshala on campus. The diet is cooked according to Sadashiva’s kitchen, as described in the Paaga Shastra.

The food provided by Nityananda Analaya is made completely with organic grains and vegetables ONLY. SPH Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam is bringing back to life the ancient recipes and Cookbook called the Paaka Shasta made by Paramashiva thousand of years ago giving the body a soothing effect over the toxins and other harmful chemicals in the system
“The whole food is designed in such a way, that it awakens the Jataragni which is the fire that digests food in your system. The whole food is designed to awaken the Jataragni, and when the jataragni is awakened, not only what you eat is digested, even the fat which you collect gets digested".
